Tuition and Other Fees
Fees for School Year 2010/2011
Registration (set up and record keeping) - $100.00 per student-on campus or distance learning. No refunds given.
Testing Fee (new students only) - $50.00
Terra Nova Testing - $40.00
Tuition - $3,900.00 per year for first student
10 monthly payments, Sept-June of 390.00
The entire tuition of $3,900.00 must be paid before any records are released for any student. Payments must be up to date before a student may return for the following year.
Payments are due on the first of each month.
Payments not paid by the 5th of any given month will result in a $30.00 late fee.
No student will be allowed to reenter the school with an outstanding balance.
No student will be allowed to graduate or go through ceremonies with an outstanding balance.
No transcripts or paperwork will be forwarded with an outstanding balance.
A 5% discount will be given if full tuition payment is made at the time of registration.
Students who come late will have their tuition costs pro-rated.

Kindergarten 4 & 5 - $110.00
1 & 2 Grade - $220.00
3 - 12 - $285.00 for 5 core classes (Lang. Arts, Science, Math, History, Bible or Elective)

Transcripts - first one is free, additional transcripts are $15.00 each. (We need 2-3 weeks to prepare transcripts. They are not available on demand as they are placed into a queue for record delivery and you must wait until those before have received their records.)
We reserve the right to change fees without notice. GCS does utilize a Credit Bureau for those who do not pay their obligations in a timely manner.
Every school has expenses of a fixed or contractual nature. In order to plan properly for such expenses, it is necessary that tuition income for any given semester be assured when the semester year begins. Because of the commitments, it is not possible to reduce fees paid or contracted to be paid in the event a student is absent from classes, or is separated from the school for any reason.
The parent or guardian is obligated to pay all payments of tuition. Thus, if a student withdraws or is dismissed early in the school year, and the full semester’s tuition has not been paid, the parent or guardian is still liable to the school for the amount of unpaid semester’s tuition.
Tuition will be billed on the 25th of the previous month and due on the 1st. There will be a $30.00 late fee if paid after the 5th. Students whose tuition is not paid by the 10th will not be readmitted to class because the school services fees and use fees must be paid on a per-student basis as of that date. I understand and agree to pay the above fees.
